Charlie's Letters provides one original story letter per week, delivered every Friday morning via a text message containing a private link to your mobile reading page.
The service is billed on a recurring monthly basis ($29.95 USD/month), handled securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your Stripe Customer Portal link in your confirmation email. Upon cancellation, recurring billing terminates immediately and deliveries continue to the end of your current 30-day billing period. Because service runs to the end of the paid period, we do not issue partial-month refunds.
By providing recipients' mobile numbers, you confirm you have their permission to share those numbers and that they agree to receive a weekly story link. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
The Postbox on each letter page allows readers to write reflections, memories, and stories back to Charlie (up to 4,000 characters). Charlie reads every message. Charlie is a storyteller, not a doctor, therapist, or financial advisor. The Postbox does not provide professional, medical, or legal advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. This does not affect any consumer rights you hold in your own state or country.
