We do not collect surnames, home street addresses, or dates of birth. We do not build marketing email lists, and we will never send promotional spam. We never see or store your credit or debit card numbers — all financial transactions are processed securely by Stripe.
We hold your details while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we delete phone numbers and postbox messages within 30 days unless you ask for immediate erasure.
The Postbox on your weekly letter is the primary way to contact Charlie. Under European law you also have the right to access, correct, or permanently delete your family's records.
